Hello, new to the forum
« on: March 29, 2022, 04:21:42 PM »

I've been reading posts for several months now and found the forum helpful, at this stage of life it can be quite scary having unexpected symptoms and left wondering if you have some serious illness.
At the moment I'm dealing with histamine intolerance/sensitivity, which seems to mimic many peri-menopausal symptoms and I'm finding since I've reduced my intake of high histamine foods and histamine releasing foods my health has improved.
I'm 54, still not reached menopause and not taking any form of HRT.

Hi, so far fairly regular, they are getting lighter and shorter now thankfully which I think is partially because my iron stores have improved, my cycle is gradually lengthening but longest so far is only 49 days.

If you put 'histamine intolerance' into the search box you may find threads.
