Headaches with 2 pumps oestrogen (AM) and 1 x Utrgestan (PM)?

Hi I was on evorel conti but kept bleeding (post menopause no period for over 12 months had internal scan all looked normal).  Came off this due to bleeding but night sweats and poor sleep returned.  Doctors advised Oestrogen gel and utrogestan pills.  Mood has improved sleep and night sweats improved very quickly but ive been having daily headaches - usually around 5pm (I use 2 pumps of Oestrogen in the morning usually about 8am and take Utrogestan pill at bedtime)  Any clues as to why im getting the migraine headaches?  Getting to the point wondering if HRT not for me.  Thanks
