I got my free sample of Hyalofemme today, I am on the loading dose of Ovestin until Monday.
Can I use Hyalofemme at the same time or is it best to use it after the loading dose finishes and in between the 2/3 days I use Ovestin?
I read the leaflet that came with Hyalofemme and it said use 3 times a week for a month, so it’s not a permanent treatment? A month of using should be enough?
Sorry for all the questions, still new to moisturisers although had Estriaol a few years back until anti HRT/hormone doc took me off it. Oh and I am on HRT tablets, been on them a few years.
Also, had sex today, first time for about a month and I am so scared of the UTI feeling coming back I put some Yes lube on my outside bits afterwards, is that the right thing to do or can Hyalofemme go on outside bits as well?

Stick to 1 product or you won't know what is working 

Lots use 'vagifem' internally as well as 'ovestin' on the outer labia; or 'yes' or 'sylc' products.  One can use 'vagifem' or 'ovestin' every night if necessary. 

Which HRT are you taking?  Vaginal atrophy can usually be controlled with the above though a few ladies require HRT too.
