Thanks all on this thread for giving me dosage idea.
I will start at 5mg.
I keep hearing you should get 7-9 hours sleep, from lots of sites about health, I felt half asleep/awake right through the night.
It's depressing when you see your friends on instant messenger retire to bed, and you are still wide awake at 1am.
