Sledging .........   

I have a sore spot to touch where the drain site is following surgery in the 1990s. No problem with clothing or sleeping on that side.  Knees and low back hurt tonight.

Yes it wasn’t my fault and I’m still narked about it! 😂😂😂

Yep.  Better than the other option ;-)

I had sore guts to add to the problem, mayB a reaction to the 'nurofen'  which didn't really help.  Off to do more exercises

Newbie here - still looking at the wealth of information and humour on the site but my biggest problem at the moment is joint pain!  Has anyone any good stretches to suggest to help particularly lower back and hip pain.
