Hi I am new to this site and wondered if anyone out there can’t help me with some symptoms I have after starting Uteragestan and oestrogen gel five weeks ago?I do feel a little bit better after starting the HRT combination of tablets and gel however I started experiencing hip joint and lower back pain especially at night nearly immediately after starting not sure if it is the usual Jestin or the gel but it is every night I am at six weeks now and don’t know how long to give it or even if this will improve

I did have a lot of hip and joint pain with my first HRT.

I changed brands, but at the same time I started taking vit D because my level had been found to be low in blood tests.

So I will never be sure, but sometimes the pain comes back so I take the vit D, and also magnesium .
