I'm so sorry but I don't think it will help. You'll get periods if use a sequi regime but just because of the hormones you've taken, I don't think it stimulates your body to start cycling again. The ivf clinic can give you drugs to stimulate your ovaries to produce more eggs than normal but I don't know if it works at all in meno. Is the clinic refusing to treat you? The chances of success at 44 are low even if you're not meno but surely your choice as long as you know the odds? They're right your chances are much better with a donor egg but I completely understand your reluctance, I wouldn't want that either. Some clinics have better success rates with older women than others, might be worth a chat with one of them in case they can suggest anything?
