So sorry you’re suffering from stopping HRT. Remember how bad I got after stopping cold turkey… practically had a nervous breakdown!

It’s up to you… either stick it out and weather the storm… or put the patch back on ( although I’m not sure if you will get immediate relief)

I hope you can enjoy the next few days without wanting to kill someone !! X

Thanks Suzy,
Reverted back to my patch, with a bit chopped off!
No clue what the dose is, but hoping it’s around 50mg.
If I bleed, it’s down to gynae to figure out why!

Are you on any HRT now Suzy? X

No, I stayed off it after what it did to me Nas. I’m just so sensitive to minute hormonal changes, I don’t want to risk it again.

I don’t blame you Suzy.
Still in a mess here.
Trying to get this womb scan brought forward, to determine why I’m bleeding.
Cut my patch down to 50, still no relief from cramps, plus symptoms are returning fast ( guessing not enough Oestrogen)

All in all, life feels rubbish 😢

How does the gp justify not putting you on the 2 week pathway as a cancer risk? It's for her to send you for a scan not the gynecologist. Perhaps a complaint to the practice manager if she refuses?

I don’t know Sheila.
It’s disgraceful really

When the bleeding all kicked off again , I emailed gynaecology immediately and got an appointment within two weeks. However, the gynaecologist did not scan me, based on a result 8 months ago!! She said no scan for 6/8 weeks!!!!

Now, the GP is trying to escalate the scan date.

In the mean time, plenty of bleeding and pain to be had my end. Don’t know what to for the best HRT wise.

Still in a mess and back to work tomorrow!
Every symptom has returned.
Bladder irritated as hell, despite local Oestrogen and ovestin.

Going to have to get Oestrogen into body by some means.

I actually just want to hide away, can’t face work, people, how was Christmas  talk etc etc 😢😢
