Hi everyone

I am 66 years old and have been prescribed cream for vaginitus (not sure whether I have spelt in right). Am having trouble doing this due to age and arthitis in knees.  Any ideas the best way to administer this cream?  Merry Xmas to you all xx

Which cream have you been prescribed?    I use 'ovestin' for vaginal atrophy - delivered into the vagina by applicator with a pusher thingy.  I lay down on the bed relaxed .......
