Utrogestan problems
« on: December 07, 2021, 07:31:54 PM »

I've been on utrogestran 100mg continuously for several months. Everol 75 patch and 2 pumps oestrogel. I've been suffering more and more with depressive anxiety. My insomnia has got worse and I've been waking with horrible anxiety and depressive thoughts. Most days tears and sometimes real hysteria. I have lorazepam for the worst times but that just skims the surface. Then by lunch time I start to feel better and then by evening I feel quite normal. It was suggested it could be the progesterone and to try taking it vaginally. I tried this last night and woke up quite positive. No tears or anxiety. Felt good but as the day has gone on my lower back hurts, bloating and swollen legs has got really uncomfortable. Is this normal, does it calm down in time. I really don't know what to do. I'm on the waiting list for a newson appointment but that is still weeks away. Any advice would be gratefully received.
