Hi,
I am on the estrodot patch for approximately 6 weeks. I am sleeping better and less flushing but I am finding I have more brain fog, I’m sleepy in the evening and falling asleep for an hour or 2 and feeling achy in my joints. Please has anyone any suggestions x

Hi! I don't understand the various forms of HRT but as oestrogen levels drop, muscles may become lax = aches and pains.  The body may become dry : inside and out.  Some find it helpful to keep a mood/symptom/food diary to chart progress.
