Thinks are going....touch wood....slightly better!
I had a bit of an epiphany last Thursday when I went for a walk with my friend who's a pastor. She's been praying with me and sending me daily scriptures and I've been saying them to myself every day.
The new job offer has given me a real boost. Part of the reason for my breakdown was a problem with a work colleague. The new job would be in the nursery, completely separate from him, more hours and I'd get Friday off. I wasn't even contemplating going back when she phoned me but it seems like a possibility now and something to aim for.

That’s great news. I’m so happy for you that things seem to be turning a corner. Well done to you for being strong and steadfast and keeping going. X
I've actually started Christmas shopping and gor the last couple of nights have been up at 7 as opposed to 2.
I'm so hoping things continue in the right direction.
Thanks so much for asking Suzy. Xx

Thanks Suzy. I'm doing a lot better now.
I'm actually looking forward to Christmas now.
I'm going to phone the head teacher tomorrow and accept the job. 🙂

Just wanted to give you all an update. I got an appointment with the Newson Clinic on 30/12 and am now on estrogen patches, progesterone and testosterone. I'm feeling MUCH better.  :)
I'm now back at work. Problem colleague has left and I'm back in the school, working mon - fri school hours. I'm completely off the quetiapine, still taking diazepam but have cut down and will discuss weaning myself off it when I speak to my psychiatrist at the beginning of next month.
Thanks for all your support and encouragement. It was a bit of a lifeline to me at a difficult time and really helped me to know that others had been through similar experiences and come out the other side.
Much love.
Lucy.  :)

Hi Perce88

So which HRT/dose helped your with anxiety? plus how bad was your anxiety? And how long did it take to go?
