Low mood in mornings
« on: September 29, 2021, 08:58:54 AM »

I am on evorel 50 patch 100 utrogestan and a top up of 1 pump oestrogel in the morning. I find I sleep well for about 4 hours then wake 2.30. I nap until 6.30 ish then haul myself out of bed always feeling low and teary and headachy. I add the 1 pump of oestrogel and then start the day. After a couple of hours I feel better. How long does oestrogel stay in the system. Am I better off going to evorel 75. I tried adding gel in the evening but that made the insomnia worse. Any advice would be gratefully received.

Morning.  Have no idea but didn't want to rush by.  MayB. put the product names into the search box on the forum?  If that works, make notes ;-)

I suffer more in the mornings too. Feel better as the day goes ok but that initial anxiety is hard to cope with.
Im on Elleste 80 patch, one pump gel and Provera
