Hi there, HRT didnt work for me so far, I am looking into another type so fingers crossed but in the meantime came across these.
Estroven, Menopause Relief + Sleep, 30 Once Daily Caplets and these, estroven, Complete Menopause Relief, 28 Vegetarian tablets....i might order and see what they are like. the reviews seemed good, and they constantly sell out. I believe they have estrogen in them, and night  time ones have melatonin. I really need sleep

Morning.  Did U try the HRT for long enough or were side-effects too bothersome 2 continue with?

It's your choice, I wouldn't however mix prescription HRT with over the counter or you won't know what is/not working.

Thanks CLKD. Yeah gel spaced me out completely, however I have just started the estradot patch, and fingers crossed all ok atm dare I say it .
