Mum of 2, how often do you feel like this? I do get this quite frequently and it's horrible. If I could trade these two horrible symptoms for hot flushed I would. With this, sometimes I feel like ' no matter what I do, it keeps coming back" and, like you, I tell myself how long is this going to go on for? Surely, it cannot be a forever thing. I should hope not anyway.
