Hi,

I’m ok. I took a venlafaxine last night, so I’m going to be getting used to a new anxiety med, I also took one of the antihistamine tablets… I was ok this morning, but I’ve been asleep all afternoon!

I hope you managed to feel less jittery xx

Hi ladies

I’ve had a pretty pants day.
Side effects from the venlafaxine has been nausea and shaking… took an antihistamine last night and pretty much slept all day again.
It’s early days with the venlafaxine though, so I’ve just got to ride it out.

Hi Suzy , hope the tablets settle soon.. it’s good your getting some sleep although I doubt you want to sleep all day.
Hopefully your tabs kick in quick
Ive had a edgy day but I know it’s because of being due & not as bad as it used to be so I’m taking that as a good sign

We had a power cut and no water since 2.30 , so been sat by candle light nice and relaxing
Now tucked up in bed & we finally have electric & water yayyyyyyyy

Hopefully tomorrow is a better day Suzy Xx

Hi
How are you feeling today Michelle?

I’m still really tired, and I’ve still got the shakes… but I’m less anxious today. I know it’s very early days, but I hope these tablets are starting to work.

Just had a walk with the dog, it’s really nice out here.

Hi Suzy
Glad you feel less anxious that’s a good sign I hope. & glad you have been out .. it lovely and dry here today also and this morning was really foggy ..
I’m ok , apart from cramps but I started my cycle today so that’s why & explains the last few days as I’ve been on edge .. no where near as bad as last month and month before so hopefully that’s a good sign for me :) time will tell

We had no electric again this morning but thankfully after calling at 7am by 10 it was back on :) .. have been keeping everything on charge all day abs doing everything that I possibly can incase it goes off again as they can’t find the fault at substation so they think it will happen again

Im now gonna go to shop and then maybe for a drive with husband

Hope you have a good day Suzy and I hope that your tablets are what’s making you feel less anxious Xx

I’m glad your feeling better.

My shakes are horrible. I hope it’s a side effect that settles quickly. :'(

Hi,

How are you today?

I’ve had a horrible morning. I’m still really shaking…. I had a panic attack out with the dog and had to come home. I feel awful.
Going back to bed and sleeping is the only thing that helps.

Oh suzyyy I’m so sorry you had a panic attack whilst out and a horrible morning
It’s never ending

I’m fuzzy headed and jittery & panicky  today hot like just warm all over and aching all over .. think could be because of period
I’ve done usual as in clean and dinner is on & then I’m gonna have a shower and do nothing for rest of the day , as much as I try crack on today I just don’t have it in me .. I’m having a can’t be bothered day
When is this bloody nightmare gonna end

Suzy I hope the rest of you me day gets better, I really do ..
I can’t wait for us to catch a break , although mine feels bad for me .. yours  sounds horrific & I feel for you

It’s just the pits Michelle. I’m so sick of it.

It sounds like your anxiety is because of your period being due. I hope you have had a restful day.

I’ve perked up a bit this afternoon… but I’m light headed … side effects from the venlafaxine. Ugh x

I’m glad you feel bit better Suzy
It’s like everyday is ground hog day

Mine is because I started period yesterday, and it’s pretty heavy and I’m crampy .. so I believe all mine is happening because of that , which is proof that’s it’s hormones causing all this.
I feel ok now just bloated , I’ve eaten & now just relaxing
Gonna have a shower and see if that makes me feel better and fresher in myself damn stupid effing hormones lol thts as polite as can say anything

Suzy I hope you don’t suffer for long on these new tabs , I didn’t think you would get side effects because of already having  a different SSRI in body
But I hope these ones work pretty quick for you & all side effects go fast

I’m feeling really anxious. My chest feels tight. I’m feeling pretty rough on the venlafaxine so far. Ugh

How are you feeling? X
