Have all your urine samples been sent to a Lab to check for growth?   VA mimics urine infection-type symptoms really really well!

Get some Vagifem up there this afternoon and another dose this evening.  Take a pain relief - I use 'nurofen' , two capsules 3 times a day to ease that nip as the spincter closes at the end of a pee.  Drink plenty, your urine should be straw coloured, any lighter and you are drinking too much.  Don't forget that we absorb fluids in our diet too. ;-).

My paternal Gran swore by bicarb 4 many things including small burns from the cooker  ::).  Me, I never fancy it in water  :-X but it can help.

Thanks!
No feel  of 'cystitis ' symptoms- just a dull ache and full bladder feeling.
No stinging when going to toilet and no 'nip' just that awful sensation of having not quite finished.
Bladder just feels sore and irritated not helped by me being so anxious

Try some 'nurofen' or 'paracetamol' which may act as a relaxant = less anxiety.  ;-)
