Michelle7474, sorry to hear about the issues you're having. Do you know where you are on your meno journey? I haven't had a period for nearly 17 months, I've never taken HRT, as I'm worried it might do more harm than good. The lightheadedness you're referring to, I've been having it since 2018 at a time when I was still menstruating. It has improved, as I don't get it every single day but there is this horiible anxiety, whic can kicked out of nowhere. Yesterday afternoon I started feeling jittery and it eventually passed after I had a sandwich and after exercise. I was fine until the evening when palpitations came out of nowhere. After that I had a restless leg almost all night long and it affected my skeep. But the worst symptoms has to be anxiety. Again, it's not every single day but I do hope that it will go away. Menopause is permanent but its symproms shouldn't be a sentence we are condemned to for the rest of our lives.
