Regarding the patches, I've always asked for the lowest dose possible as I know the risk is lessened from them
I've also looked into buying them online without prescription and that seems as if I would be accepted no problem.
Maybe I'm a bit of a Scrooge, it seems ironic that all the years I was on hrt and had to pay for my prescriptions, now I'm over 60 and they're free they won't prescribe them!!
