I find Green & Black's cocoa, which I love, one of the very worst things for it Cherry.  How can that be fair?!

So I quit chocolate. Has made the world of difference. But of a shame though 🍫  :'(

If course quitting coffee would be just as beneficial, but ugh, just can't bear to.  :)

Oh Cherry, what a shame  :(  Dare I say chocolate turned out to be bitter-sweet for you.  Past my recent flare now, I find I can get away with a square a day of good quality, 70% cocoa solids dark chocolate as a treat after lunch, but liquid cocoa seems unfortunately consistently too irritant for the bladder.

Really good that you're feeling so much more comfy though. :)
