Femseven Conti patches, just started on these last week. Stuck the first one on my bottom cheek just below the hip, hadn't realised it had fell off on the 6th day.

Where's the best place yo stick these for longevity. No rude comments please.

Hi ,I put mine on upper thigh,as I would find it tricky to put on buttocks properly .
