Hi Ladies,

has anyone reached post meno and felt awful on thier current regime , and not has sucess in increasing the dose- But reducing it has worked? 

I am concidering changing to Femosten Conti, but the dosage is lower and it worries me that being in my fifties it may not be enough estrogen.
