Hi Coll, I can sympathize with having to try a whole range of different HRT trying to find the one that works. In my own quest (I am now on oestrogel pumps and continuous utrogestan, which seems to do the trick, though it sounds as if that's not ok for you) I've gone through just about every form and every brand going, including Kliofem.
My experience of Kliofem is really negative, unfortunately. I ended up using it because the HRT I'd been on and which worked brilliantly, was discontinued some years ago, and I found after nine months on it that it seemed to be bringing on the very postmenopausal symptoms that the previous HRT had successfully controlled. I discontinued (went cold turkey, which was great for two months but by five months had me climbing the walls so thus began my quest to find a good subsitute).
However I did try it again subsequently - for a couple of months this time, and found that it not only didn't help with the symptoms but seemed to make some of them worse. Yet it's the same composition as the one that was discontinued. Go figure.
The point of that is to say, that perhaps it could be an individual thing and maybe it just didn't suit me, but might suit someone else (well, it obviously does or they wouldn't be selling it anymore). The other point is that 2mg is a good amount and roughly equals to two pumps of oestrogel (I know, because I asked on this forum and got a good answer

Could be worth a try anyway.
