Experiences of FemSeven, how it differs to Evorel Conti
« on: May 07, 2021, 02:33:17 PM »

Hi,
I was on Evorel Conti some 2 years ago, and found it was good initially, but due to the norethisterone acetate I became quite agitated, and had a lot of hair growth.  My GP at the time was going to try me on Femseven; but it wasn't available. Has anyone tried Femseven, and can compare it to Evorel Conti?  I am looking for alternatives to my current regime.

Hi Sophie,  I was on evorel and initially felt great but started feel agitated so I gave up on them. I am now on femseven conti. Its perhaps to early to say if they are success as I have had some bleeds and abdominal discomfort and mild pain which comes and goes. As you know all our chemistry is different and generally try it, persevere for the period recommended to see if it suits you. I have also found less visits for a pee at night. They don't stick as well as evorel however a surgical plaster works wonders over the top. Hope some of that helps

Thanks Bluebird68, it is interesting that you felt agitated on evorel conti; the same as me.  I know what you mean about 'early days' it seems that all of these hrt formulations have to be trialled for a little while.  Thank you for your post, it is helpful. :D
