What products, soap, face cream etc., do you use. Also have you change what you use lately.

Could be you skin has decided it no longer like what you put on it.

Itchy facial skin was the first symptom of my rosacea.

I can't sit in the sun as the medication I have to take for my Rosacea is reactive to sunlight and can cause sensitivity.  :-\

I suffer with this. I read somewhere on this wonderful forum about Roche Posay Toleriane. Its for super sensitive skin. The one that suits me is the light fluid. It is instantly soothing and takes away that itchy wanting to scratch feeling. Boots sell it as does Amazon. I tried the heavier moisturiser creme but there is something in that that didn't suit at all.

When mine was particularly bad I would lightly apply it, let it soak in for a few minutes then reapplied. Seemed to work. Good luck!
