I've got the same problem  I have just put a patch on to see if it helps! Will report back either way.............

Dizziness, off balance, spacey head was my main symptom for many years. I avoided going out because how I felt. Was told it could be middle ear problem. I knew it was hormonal but know one ever believed me. HRT will help but you need to find one that works otherwise it makes it worse.

I suffered from dizziness and HRT definately helped. I still have the occasional episode and I think it is aggravated by stress. Also it may be worth checking if you are anemic as I started to get quite dizzy after being on HRT for sometime and had some bleeding and it turned out I was anemic. As soon as I started taking iron it improved.

Hi. You don't say how old you are, or wgat stage you think you're at.
My first symptoms were severe duzzivess with vertigo, nausea and constant spinning head.

I'm not balanced yet, but fur me, at 44, I think it wa estrogen surges, or certainly the peaks and troughs causing my symptoms. I'm trying combined pill to balance out. HRT tops up and I felt poisoned on the estrogen.
