?   Listen to your body    ?  it obviously requires a little bit more now we move into Spring, I often find that I wilt mid-morning as I am busier in the garden.

Just don't want to put on weight clkd,that's my worry but I'm having crackers for lunch now with a ton of topping    Had cheese and coleslaw then hummus and beetroot and it's definitely filling me more,thing is,at dinner time I have a mountain of food,was ok last night as it goes

If your body is lacking sustenance it will use what you put into it, rather than layering it 

I have days when I am hungry, others when I eat because DH puts food in front of me  .  Eating every 3 hours never put weight on.

This would definitely give me the gurgles! Humus and beetroot are the worst for me!

Humus reminds me of David Beckham's huge 4x4  and beetroot I love: roasted,  cold, boiled in sandwiches.

And worse Taz? 
Ok today but I'm hungry and it's only 3.30 but don't think I had enough for lunch,had a gf shortbread with my cuppa then felt instantly guilty

How does the gurgling sound?  If it's settling then what's to feel guilty about?  Think about how much exercise you are having, even watching the wild life uses up energy.  I've eaten a large slice of ginger cake with ginger pieces in without thinking about it ;-).   If you listen to your body now, you'll begin to fill up and be less likely to reach for food stuffs that make you feel guilty. 

Why not fruit instead, although that makes my stomach gurgle

When did eating become so difficult

When I was the age of 3  . That was my first panic attack and from then I had eating disorders of varying severity.

Now I eat what I fancy  .  I had to break into my C.mas Lindt reindeer this afternoon

How did it manage to survive so long???

 .  .......... it was hung on the C.mas tree for 2 days B4 I noticed, how Himself kept quiet   

I ran out of Cadburys

I've still got my Lindt santa. Has to be eaten by the end of April though...

I always say I'm not a huge chocolate fan (which I'm not) but if we get a box of chocolates,it's devoured within a day

I don't read 'eat by' dates, we managed without B4 the Common Market came up with the bright idea.   

I was suddenly hungry round Waitrose so grabbed a bread roll to eat on the way home

I may have things in my cupboard past their sell by date never chocolate. If it survives for a week it's doing well.
Had an angel delight yesterday bb 2014. It tasted just the same (which is why it hadn't been eaten before...).
