Hi Stockport1965, Newson Health's website is comprehensive with many podcasts to listen to.  The book Oestrogen Matters by Dr Avrum Bluming & Carol Tavris is well worth a read too. :)  Dr Bluming is a very experienced Oncologist with a special interest in breast cancer & close family who were in the difficult position of needing HRT after diagnoses of BC.  It is a reassuring read.
