Having been born and bred in Scotland, I made a bit of a faux pas when I moved to England and did a Tesco shop, I do the self serve and had to weigh some potatoes on the scale,well,you know how you have to type in some letters for the screen to find the item? Well, I was putting in a "T" eventually asked for help and the lady said......it's P for potatoes,not T for tatties

I've been lucky this morning  .  A new puppy in our estate came for a cuddle so I put my reading glasses on the back of the car on the drive, tucked into the back windscreen wiper.  We travelled 20 miles, in heavy drizzle, to find them still there when we parked up    . because I had 4gotten completely!  Fortunately .........

Beat that if you can !

It wasn't until I'd taken the bread from under the grill and turned it to put on butter ...........  one side was lovely

I had a senior moment earlier  in a store trying to read instructions on a large box, couldn't find my readers.  Until I got back into the car, they were in my hand
