I thought you had forgotten the dog but what you state sound quite serious!  Note to yourself - have a good look at where you are before you pull 'off'? Let your brain settle after your walk - sometimes being in the fresh air can make me feel quite giddy so perhaps sitting quietly for a few moments before starting the engine?

Anyone worried about driving can book lessons with an instructor you know, or have a word with the Advanced Motorists organisation for advice.

Hello ladies.

Perhaps our brains are having to re-wire while we adapt to changing hormone levels, if so it‘s no surprise our concentration suffers. A friend of mine is a GP and has noticed  her attention and focus have declined with the menopause, which is a worry obviously!

Talking of forgetting things I knew a woman who drove off to an appointment with her two children and was halfway down the road before she realised she'd left the newborn in the car seat on the kitchen table.  Hormones were blamed then as well!

Take care ladies.

Refilled handsoap pumps, returned them to each bathroom. Child asked where the soap was.  No clue! I searched the entire house before finding one neatly placed on the shelf in the shower. Checked the other bathrooms and found the same.  ::)

 ;D

A week ago placed food in oven to cook. Then went to take a nap knowing I have to switch the oven off in an hour. So ... Napped, got up in one hour just to find that I didn't switch the food on at the first place!

Yesterday I opened a Gu but it had 'bits' on the top where I thought 'bits' shouldn't be.  YUK! so I took it back to the supermarket earlier.  No problem, collect another off the shelf.  When I got to the shelf I realised that whilst shopping on Tuesday I had selected the 'wrong' pot  :-[  ;D : instead of vanilla I had picked up a caramel - so back to the member of staff to retrieve my packet of Gu - whoops  :-\
