Breakfast on the patio.  Done.  Took dish inside.  Picked up cuppa with morning tablets.  Sat down on bench by ponds.  Put cuppa down, too hot.  Got up and wandered round, planning the next gardening job.  Back to the bench  :o had dropped tablets hadn't I.  But not once but I managed 3 times B4 swallowing them  >:(  ::)

Not me this time ;-)

A neighbour returned home in her car.  She was obviously having a conversation on the 'phone.  We could see her carrying on and could hear  :o the man she was talking at.  He was trying to calm her.  She got out of the car which began to roll away  :o :o as she hadn't put the handbrake on.  Another reason not to use the 'phone whilst driving! or when stopping or ever ...........

:o managed to shut neighbours' cat in our garage this afternoon, didn't find him until about 30 mins. ago.  He was hungry so I said 'sorry' by opening a pouch of meat - he'll not tell his owners though  ;).  He was there from about 4.30-ish.  Hopefully he hasn't done a wee  ::)

Hopefully he hasn't done anything else as well.  Lol
Cat poo don't half stink, don't it? Lol

He'll be back waiting to get back in there tomorrow, now he knows he'll get food.
Or he'll bribe you, ‘food , or I'll tell everyone what you did'. Lol

Put my cornflakes in the microwave.  Thankfully didn't switch it on and was on my own in the house.  Feel so stupid though  :-\

Last evening I put the dishwasher on, opened it this morning and nothing was clean  >:(.  I checked the dial and apparently had set it to 'pre-wash'  :-\ WTF!  It's OK now ............ why would a pre-wash be required anyway other than to confuse a menopausal woman  :-X

Nearly ( very nearly, mind ! ) threw a glass at the dishwasher , thought I was throwing a tea towel on the kitchen worktop ! Also my similarly aged friend , pushing her grandson in his buggy , went to turn a corner and her hand was looking for the indicator ..... my mums friend once made a cup of tea then couldn't find it , much later went to cupboard for another cup and yes there it was , she picked it up and it went all over her ! If I don't concentrate on my hands sometimes they've got a life of their own lol .
My husband is just as absent minded at times so think may be an age related thing as well !

Mum needs me to write her cheques [11] to send off for C.mas gifts.  Happy to do so but: writing out the one to my sister from Mum, I filled in name and address rather than amount  :-\.    :bang:  Got it correct the 2nd time.

Lemondrop - hadn't seen this one.   :-\ not all 'new' messages show on my screen  >:(

I almost tipped a whole bag of sugar into the tea-pot last week I don't know what stopped me  :D
