Dulciana, at least that's one thing I wouldn't do! I wouldn't know how to turn an organ on let alone turn it off! ::)

It's a bit like turning on a PC, Ju Ju, only with buttons and knobs!

How's your singing getting on?  Are you doing any more choir concerts or exams?

Two stupid things today.
1. I have one glasses case which either contains my glasses or my sunglasses depending on which pair I'm wearing. Because the case is old I have a stretchy hair band around it to keep it closed. Today when I swapped my glasses for the sunglasses I couldn't find the stretchy hairband and assumed it had fallen into my handbag and decided to look later. I had walked the length of the High Street when I wanted to swap back to my glasses before I went into a shop and to my great embarrassment,  when I took off my sunglasses there was the hairband dangling from the hinge for all to see   ::)

2. My stepson phoned my mobile for help with something on his laptop. A message he didn't understand had come up. I told him to hold on while I got my phone so I could Google it and actually spent some time looking round for my phone before realising I was using it. No wonder my stepson was chuckling away on the other end.

Oh I am so enjoying these, in tears of laughter.  One of my guilty secrets is that I have done that on-line Dementia test (where you have to write down 15 animals and idenfy the harp and rhino!) just to reassure myself several times in last 12 months.  This week I have put an oven tray of bacon in the dishwasher. Have also tried to put a rouge M & M in a shopping trolley as I midtook it for a Lidl token! Six months ago I got into the passenger side of the car to drive much to the bemusement of my 10 yr old daughter (or is she 9, I can never remember and don't ask what date my son was born on!_. Didn't work but Euros and Aldi ones do!).  I like to think that us sensitive types are more prone to these things as we then worry so much about them that it makes us worse.

This thread kept me feeling less stupid last night. I went to put down a glass on the table that I had moved, so it was there! Smashed glass all over the kitchen floor. You'd be surprised how far glass fragments travelled.

I shower daily but Sunday night is my bath night and this time I was ready to empty the bath and couldn't remember how to unplug !!!
Now it's not old type, it has a dial to turn to get the plug up but I was trying to press a knob near the taps and then tried to press the plug (how the sink plug comes up )

I felt so stupid !
