I'm on HRT (recently increased) but when I'm tired, I'm madder than ever. I informed my neighbour that the builder had asked him to text him his no, as he (builder) had reset his phone and eliminated all his 'connections' - I meant contacts. Sounds innocuous, but it bothers me.
I live up 55 stairs, so it's a big deal if I forget something. I still do, but now have a post-it on the door saying KEYS, WALLET, PHONE  ;D

This morning I switched the shower on too fast  :o - water was hitting the cubicle and spraying over the top, DH had to get a chair and push the on/off switch with the back scrubbing brush  ;D

Hi , the brain fog is a nightmare! I have to write pretty much everything down, even sitting her typing I sometimes forget how to spell the words!! forgot where I parked my car at the supermarket and burst into tears, also forgot the name of a vegetable I was peeling, all very scary, not sure if worse since taking HRT as have only been on it for 10 days!  :-\

Oh I have whole conversations where I'm using the wrong words - but people still seem to understand, at least they don't run off screaming  :D and DH is the same  ::)
