Well we can blame things on a meno brain, but how about my 16yr old daughter.

She got up this morning a had a big bowl of cereal. She then proceeded to pour fizzy water over it  ;D ;D.

All I could do was laugh, heaven help her when she gets to my age.

Didn't seem quite so brilliant at the time, left the damn thing hanging like a cat-flap.... good job we were on our way home, I looked a real fright, garage forecourts aren't the cleanest of places to crawl around. When I told my son, he looked skyward and said, oh for god's sake mother.......

I was holding one of my intervention sessions at school today. I got everything ready in the allocated room and then put the poster on the door informing people that the session was in progress and that they should knock and wait. I then went to get my first victim  :)   Chatting merrily away to her we went along to the room. I saw the notice so recently put up by me and.... knocked and waited..... after a while a little voice beside me said "what are we waiting for Miss?"  No hope for me!

Yesterday: I was topping up the pond with the hose, filling watering cans, taking water to the chickens' run - unwrapped the extension from the tap on the wall ......... turned on tap on wall later in the day but picked up the extension hose  :-\ - fortunately the hose from the tap on the wall was facing the 'wrong' way and not up my trouser legs but it was a close one  :D

As I was leaving for work this morning I saw a courier was trying to deliver a large parcel to my next door neighbour who was out.  I said I would take it in and so he got out his gadget to put the details on.

He asked me my house number and...............I DIDN'T KNOW! I actually had to look at my front door! Then he asked me my name but luckily, I knew that one  ;D
