Everol 50 and indigestion

I am on week four of Everol 50 (no womb so just the oestrogen) - I am being plagued by acid reflux and indigestion along with headaches this week. Does anyone else have a similar experience - I want to persevere as it has helped my anxiety already but having had years of IBS/relux that was all sorted a couple of years ago with gallbladder removal, I am struggling with indigestion and wondering if it is the oestrogen?

Hi! I have been taking Femeston 1/10 for almost three months and have really suffered with the same while taken the oestrogen tablets. I went to Holland and Barrett and bought chai and licorice tea. Boy oh boy did this help. You have to be careful and read the instructions and not have too many a day as it can increase blood pressure if used too much but two cups a day initially sorted me out. I then reduced to one cup then nil. I wasn’t too keen on the aftertaste so I don’t leave the bag in too long (approx 3 minutes) and then add a touch of honey or sugar to help. I used this only for the days I was suffering. I was getting to the point where I was frightened to eat! Hope this info helps x

Hi, Evorel 50 patches give me acid reflux too, so much that I do better on the Oestrogel. My theory is that my digestive system can handle a spike in oestrogen better than a constant dose. So I can take an antacid to handle the spikes, if that makes sense.
