Did your GP send a urine sample to a Lab to be tested? I would ring this morning and ask for vaginal atrophy treatment, you don't need an examaintnion nor blood tests for this one. It will either be 'ovestin' or 'vagifem' with clear instructions. Let us know how you get on. You can say to your GP that you have talked to someone about your feelings and it has been suggested that ...........
The active ingredient is a low amount used in the vagina. If you have no history of cancers there shouldn't be any problems from your GP.
