Yep,me too,coke especially,also anything with a tomatoey (is that a word ) sauce,half an hour later,I feel the acid coming up

I had orange juice with bits last night

Other than alcohol no pattern for me, what aggrevates my reflux one day doesn't the next and so it goes. Really seems to be hormonal pattern for me although some months (weeks) worse than others. x
