Oestrogen dominance?
«

Hi
I’m feeling more and more down. Crying every day and anxious all the time. I can’t stop thinking about how awful I feel.
I think I may be on too much oestrogen and my hormones are out of kilter.
I’m on Estelle MX 80 patch, 3 pumps of oestrogel, androfemme and Provera on a three monthly cycle - under consultant supervision although my own cycle has been kicking in recently (I’m 50)
The symptoms of too much oestrogen seem to overlap with those of too little and I’m wondering if I should try and cut down?
Have any other ladies experienced this?
Any advice would be very much appreciated

changes can be scary, even when we want them

MayB put it into the search box and see what pops up?
Or cut down to 2 pumps and C how U feel? If your hormones are joining in, 2 may be all that you require?

Chin up girl.
I can't be of any help but I am going through the same.
Estrogel, Utrogestan and Androfeme.
Felling anxious, tearful, palpitations and weird short adrenaline surges causing short hot/cold flushes.
I have no idea what is doing it but you are not alone
