Where do u apply gel? I'm sure my GP said to apply it to my hip area but all that I've read says arm or leg .
Do you apply to inner or outer arm if u apply to your arm?

Hi
I either use my outer arm and shoulder area or my inner thigh. Both work well. I place the gel on and let it dry before getting dressed-normally dry my hair whist its drying then I get dressed.

Hi I use outer arms and shoulders . Sometimes I use inner thighs. I use 4 pumps per day x

I only use one pump and only started it a week ago along with utrogestan but it has made such a difference. I now sleep,  the flushes have stopped completely and I generally feel much better.
I'll check with my gp as I'm sure she said apply to my hip area. Not read anyone else applying there and instructions say arm or leg.

That's brilliant that you're feeling better already. I do 4 pumps, - 2 shoulder and outer arm and 2 inner thighs. When I had patches they went on hip area. Not sure why I'm bothering at the mo though as drenched in sweat again! Hope you continue to be flush- free!
