Hello from Ky!!
« on: July 30, 2020, 03:09:25 PM »

Lucked out and found this group via a Google search! I'm 49 (almost 50) and have been in menopause for almost a year. Gotta say it's the weirdest thing I've ever went through in my life. Its like one never ending episode of the twilight zone.
A month ago I began to experience a tingling, burning sensation in my pelvic region. I was diagnosed with a UTI and given antibiotics. Well the burning sensation eventually faded and even the tingling has subsided. But now there is a numbness present, it comes and goes but it almost always there. Anyone here ever experienced anything like this before?? I an currently back on a low dose of birth control as it has helped a bit with the pelvic pain. I have endometriosis and recurrent ovarian cysts. Would greatly appreciate any and all advice. Thanks guys!!

You can't be diagnosed with a UTI without a sample being sent away! or the incorrect ABs may be prescribed  :-\

How R U today?
