Luckily, no hosepipe ban here ...... yet.

I've just planted half a row of onions and now the garden is completely full.

I've been working in the Greenhouse and have planted my seedlings for germination:-

Lettuce
Tomatoes - Coer de Beuff x 15 and Baby Vine Tommies x 3
Courgettes x 3
Butternut Squash x 4

When the Onions, Shallots and Cabbage are ready (in about 2 months time) then the other vegetables (if they grow OK) will be planted outside.  Then I'll set Purple Sprouting Brocolli seeds for germination in the greenhouse.  It's all go, isn't it !

The chooks are on a go-slow (2 eggs today) as they want to come out and dig, with MUM !  ..... but I won't let them as they dig up everything I plant.  That's chooks for you.

Yep our 3 girls are now confined to quarters  ::) because Himself has taken over the[ir] garden  ;D having planted beans and peas this afternoon.   He has covered over the newly turned Earth because the kitten from next door thinks it is her litter tray  ::)  ....... 2 eggs only yesterday and one today  >:( I've done the finger wagging "Easter is close" at both them and the quails ..........  I've planted out some cuttings whichI have over-Wintered outdoors but have no idea what they will be  ???

My basic thought on the lack of regard for the many water leaks - there are plenty of people out there who want to work ....GET IT DONE !

No doubt they'd say there was no money !!

Reading through this - i have a garden plant called Wedding Cake that flowers later and has a similar white flower - will take a piece out with me next time and see if they are similar.

My neurotic male bluebird still attacking his reflection most of day.  I've grown so used to him after two months of this that I just say, good morning to him, and am no longer irritated by the pecking noise.  Hopefully he'll mate soon and move on to fatherhood.

Oxalis.  Lovely plant.  Leaves close up on dull days.  I have a tiny piece left from the pecking of the chickens in the Autumn, usually it's covered with an upturned hanging basket but I forgot to replace it over the plant! and it's come through the Winter snow and rain ........ it will have pink flowers all Summer  :-*

Dull today so not much happening except a fleeting visit by 2 long-tailed tits  :-* :-*
