Been outdoors all day weeding, moving hellebores, clearing ....... frogs are purring, birds are singing ..........

read the info on Nyger seed - interesting  :thankyou:

Glad you got the spuds replaced.  He then needs to go back to his supplier  ::) ........ when anyone says 'you're the only person who has complained' reply 'I'm the only intelligent customer you've had in recent months then?'  ;)

I like that ... very much.  Will use!! ;D

Had a real treat on our country walk today.

I saw my very first in the wild otter, and it had made my year never mind my week.

There had been a sign up on the road saying" SLOW PLEASE OTTERS."

We walked along the river bank never really expecting to see one.......and I did  :D

Drizzling so the bird feeders are 'busy' with activity  :o

The water in the ponds is so clear that we can see frogs moving around at the bottom .......

Duck weed, that's the stuff I was taking off the top on Sat. afternoon with an old kitchen sieve then.  Into the compost to rot down.  I can hear the frogs purring when I'm in my evening bath .........

Ours arrived on Tuesday, CLKD, and more is arriving daily! Hubby goes out for a smoke at night, and comes in saying the frogs are having a "gang bang" in the pond!!!
