What flavour is he, Larky? We're on our 2nd boxer. He's about the same age and has never needed dental work. Neither did our last one and he lived to 11 or so. I wonder if it's to do with the fact they had/have dry food?  :scottie:  Our cat - who had tinned meat - needed lots of dental work and lost most of his teeth.  :cat48:

HOw long does he stay clean for  ;D and he doesn't have any yellow hair where dogs often get it ........ butter wouldn't melt would it  :-*  There are pros and cons to all commercial pet foods.  I gave mine dog carrots daily, plus hard biscuits we called them 'bricks' - 4" x 4" x ..... and she had to chew hard but they left lots of crumbs  ::) ...... a good kibble or a boneo biscuit once a day helps. Bones if the dog's gut  is able to tolerate them ..........

Oh how sweet   :-* :-* :-* however, they don't look 'wild' to me  ;) - do you put the groomings from their coats out for birds to make nests with, I found several used nests with my cocker's hair in after she was pts.

Ahhh they are all lovely.
I've got a jack russell & when I comb her I put the hair out in the garden for the birds nests, don't know if they ever used them though.

I used to have a massive grass plant, i loved it when the birds stripped it for nests, i also put dog hairs out for the birds. I was supposed to have mated again but i fell out with the stud dog owner.  :( Eddie. x

(Did you read your post before you pushed 'send'  ;D)

There are enough pups in rescue !  ;) .. we over-produce cats, kittens, dogs, puppies, horses, foals, food ........

I've been weeding the back patio until it became too warm  :-* feel like a snooze now!

OOOOOPs. New i was tired. CLKD These pups don't end up in rescue, they are show quality. Chipped, tested, KC reg, etc etc, their owners were on a breed waiting list. I do agree there are too many unwanted pups and kittens that get destroyed and if lucky end up in rescue. Eddie. x

YOU were supposed to have mated Eddie? Isn't there a law against that?  :na:
