Everywhere is white with frost, blue sky, birds need fresh water and grub so hopping out into the garden later

Talking of frogs, the frogspawn in our pond is frozen solid! Wonder if it will survive??

Oh errrr - our pond has only been partly frozen this morning and I moved the spawn with a stick into the sun.

Oh i hope so, should be okay though, i've seen spawn in pretty shallow water, so fingers crossed.
I've now got two tanks inside my living room with 7 fish, so far i've lost 7 fish this winter.

Wind is getting up.  Sky is grey and looks like: could it be snow:    ......... not this far South surely?

We woke up to an inch of snow this morning. Eddie. x

Its supposed to get very windy and snow further down the west coast tomorrow.
Oh joy, something to look forward to.

I want spring to come now. The nights are getting lighter as are the mornings. It gives me hope of sunny hot days to come.

Just got on as under Tornado warning for past three hours - still thundering like mad but more distant and now we are under a watch, which is not as bad as a warning.  The dogs need to poop!  The bunny doesn't care one way or the other.
