I've lost interest in the Giro, it always happens  :-\ I will watch it but I'm not hooked unlike the TDF where I'm living every kilometre  ;D

It Monaco GP qualifying first then Giro on in the background. I love the Monaco weekend it's just stunning scenery and I'm lucky enough to have visited, although not when the GP was on  :-\

Happy birthday G  ;D

 :foryou:  G  ;D

Giro isn't covered as well as TDF.  But I cycle every inch but would want to stop and play in the snow  ;D I wonder if altitude and chilly air would affect their abilities?

That balloon is there again with it's motorhome  ;D

Yesterday they had to divert due to deep snow  :o and the descent was awful.
Lovely scenery again today.

I've been venturing out on my bike and it's spongy wonder seat, after not going out on it for a long time. I thought it would be difficult to get used to sitting on 2 small pads instead of a seat, but it's not and it's not wrecking my ‘bits'! What is suffering is my knees. I'm only cycling about a mile most days in order to loosen them up. Downhill all the way home.  Hopefully that will work, so that I can go on some adventures.

Ju Ju - do some quadriceps exercises to tighten up the thick muscles which support the knees ;-)

Given my bike to a neighbour.  I'm barely safe on two feet, let alone a bike.

Mine is in our shed.  Can't remember what colour it might be, probably cerise/pink with black saddle.

That is such good news!  Scenery was stunning in the last few days.

All starts again next week  ;D
