I am going out for the morning and have left puncture repair kit in prominent place in kitchen so my puncture had better be repaired by the time I get home!!! I have been waiting weeks for either son or OH to fix it.  IF I attempt it I will make a real pigs ear of it.

It's a farce this afternoon.  Bad accident with spectators and a motor bike with Richie Port then Chris Froome running up the hill in his cleats …… this was after riders were promised that there would be more Police in the crowds, however, the Police are too busy watching the Race rather than controlling crowds.

It could have been a knife or worse  :'(

Result to be discussed with the Jury.

Yes watched F1 now cycling, it's not as bad as 2 weeks ago F1 cycling and Wimbledon final. I'm really going to miss the cycling in the afternoon  :'( I think I might have to do some cleaning now that I've had most oh July off  ;D
