I thought what TC said was spot on! it's so hard not to Over analyse stuff.
I find I get those symptoms with progesterone and then sometimes when I increased oestrogen I got the same. It did usually settle down so as she said,look at it as a learning curve and not a quick fix! Look after yourself as much as you can and things will hopefully improve!
A symptom diary really helped me, but also remember you may have your own hormones coming into play (I am sure mine do) which muddies the waters
