I've said it on this forum many times there's clearly a need for more choice/options Re progesterone. For those of us who struggle with it it's no joke x

Hulahoop, I think it's terrible! These hormones are supposed to help alleviate menopausal symptoms but they can make things worse.  I think I will steer clear from Utrogestan.

We're all different Karine, a lot of people have no problems with it. I'm clearly prog intolerant so I'm not sure there's anything that would help. All we can do is try something and see.

Agreed, unfortunately that combined with a lack of knowledge from GP's means we often get forgotten about.

can i ask how many pumps gel you take and is this estrogel ?

do you take the utro alternate nights orally or vaginally ?

do you take testosterone at all ?
