Does the HRT help over-all?

Do you find that pain relief eases the headaches?  Something maybe you could talk to your prescribing practitioner about, most surgeries are triaging patient worries.

R U able to 'work from home' or has lockdown kept you remote, are you in touch with colleagues or others?  Walking is good.  >looks out window< - it's drizzling here so won't go for a while  ::)

How does the anxiety feel?  You are not alone!   :tulips2:

R U not 'essential' to your charges?  Have the family not called 'help' yet  ;)

Bet you miss the daily structure too.  Apparently keeping to a routine can ease mental health problems during these Strange Times.

Do you have hobbies?

Is that counted cross stitch - not that I would know the difference; my sister is keen too.  Me, I can't thread a needle  ;D although I have pegged a large rug ......... which kept me warm but made me dizzy sometimes  ::)

The parents will realise how much effort you put in by the end of this  ;D don't undervalue yourself!  Do you Skype them?

Hi Paula  :)
YES!! to everything - My Anxiety has skyrocketed..
and lockdown hasn't helped at all..
I am home with all my family, you'd think that might make it less anxious for me having them around, but I just find myself worrying about them more, or trying to hide my attacks by pretending I'm fine while inside my anxiety is playing it's games which makes me snappy and irritable..
I'm also Peri (2+ years now) and on HRT. I  was on the Conti patches which I found to be better for me, but when they became difficult to find my GP put me on another one which is when my Anxiety seemed to get worse, and I am also having 2 periods some months or bleeding for 3 weeks out of 4 so I am not sure if HRT is helping or hindering me at the moment, and getting a GP appointment to talk about it seems a waste of their time with so much going on in the world!
You are not alone, honestly, everything you have said I have gone through, and I am sure many others have too.
Stay strong!
xx
