Hi,
I am now post menopausal and have been diagnosed with a rectocele. So as I want to avoid surgery I bought myself a Kegel8 machine. It was OK for about five days then I got this terrible soreness and I felt red raw 'down there'.
I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this?
